CTDC collects and combines global, de-identified data regarding victims of human trafficking. The data is cohesively put together to create a hub for evidence of human trafficking in an effort to help implement policies and strategies to stop it.
CTDC’s first open dataset, the global dataset of victims of human trafficking, can be downloaded on their website. It publishes data from various organizations, case data, and individuals who reached out via hotlines.
CTDC serves as a central location for human trafficking data. It provides the counter-trafficking movement with up to date information and data to continue to understand the crime. The collaborative hopes to empower decision makers to intervene and help prevent human trafficking.
